The territory is tightly located next to the transport interchange hub in Teply Stan. The main task was to develop the existing object; therefore, the reconstruction project significantly expanded the construction and height blueprints. This provided the diversity of functions inside the object, preserving its integrity and balance in the context of the developing environment.
