The goal of the project is to make industrial districts not only functional but also attractive for citizens and establish a comfortable atmosphere and spectacular environment for work and recreation. The project combines easy planning and use of greenfield. The architecture of buildings must be aesthetical, cost-efficient, and comply with the production profile of the cluster.
