Architectural and urban planning bureau
Nekrasovka, a peripheral district of Moscow with a complex city planning history, is revived due to a new project that combines sophistication and usability. The total built-up area is impressive, it is 3,449.24 thousand m2 whereas its population is 24,231 inhabitants. By implementing the strategy of polycentricism and hierarchy of commercial centers, we establish a well-balanced environment where housing takes 76% of the total area and non-residential buildings’ share is 24%. Specific attention is paid to the functional diversity of the district, from recreational locations, sport and public catering to modern office spaces. A community center at the point of intersection of new area flows facilitates new connections between residents, whereas green areas are perfect for strolls and recreation. Our goal is to develop a unique identity for the district. We want to turn Nekrasovka into a location with its special spirit and distinguishable features.
