The architectural and urban planning concept of a multifunctional complex in the district of Eastern Izmaylovo, Moscow

The project has been developed based on the profound respect for the local history, i.e., a fresh and sophisticated architectural appearance of the space pays homage to the past. In a cozy yard full of herbs and cereals, three residential high-rise buildings with an actively developed commercial level are located. Loggias of the ground floor refer to the natural beauty of the village of Cherkizovo once located here. A small park inviting residents to have a walk along the zigzagging line of the historical trace of the Serebryanka River to the realms of natural urbanism extends along the southern border of the land. The complex is not just a residence but an inspiring space where every moment is filled with respect for the past and love for the environment.
